Vice President of Sales

We are looking for a smart, sophisticated and passionate sales leader who wants to join an innovative team that is building and scaling a leading mobile and online ordering solution for restaurants.

You will report to the CEO and be a member of the company’s leadership team. You will be responsible for the direction and management of Patronpath’s sales and client development strategy and operations. You will drive and be responsible for the company’s achievement of its client acquisition and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage overall sales and client development process.
  • Set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
  • Pursue and close sales. 
  • Transition new clients to the onboarding team to ensure a successful launch with every expectation met. 
  • Evaluate, develop, and execute upsell opportunities for existing client revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing policies for channel partners.
  • Develop and grow key client and channel partner relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding client base.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to develop and execute lead generation programs with channel partners.

Enterprise Sales Director

We are looking for a smart, sophisticated and passionate sales professional who wants to join an innovative team that is building and scaling a leading mobile and online ordering solution for restaurants.

You will report to the Vice President of Sales and be responsible for selling to enterprise clients and prospects (medium to large size restaurant chains and franchises). You will be responsible for meeting client acquisition and revenue goals as set by the VP of Sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise sales process, meet and exceed sales funnel metrics.
  • Close sales and transition new clients to the onboarding team to ensure a successful launch with every expectation met.
  • Establish and nurture channel partner relationships to develop leads.
  • Develop and grow enterprise client relationships.
  • Manage and execute upsell opportunities for existing client revenue growth.
  • Implement strategies for expanding client base.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to execute lead programs with channel partners.

Client Success Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Client Success Specialist who wants to work part-time with an innovative team that is a leading provider of mobile and online ordering for restaurants of all sizes.

You will be working remotely 10-20 hours per week as an independent contractor to onboard clients by setting up their menus and websites using Patronpath’s web-based content management tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Regular communication with Client Success Manager to ensure timely completion of online ordering menus and websites
  • Online Ordering Menus
    • Work with Client Success Manager to acquire collateral needed to build restaurant client online menus 
    • Create online ordering menu in Patronpath using client-provided menu information
    • Determine appropriate upsell items and build into online ordering menu
  • Website Development
    • Work with Client Success Manager to acquire collateral needed to build client websites 
    • Build websites using Patronpath’s content management system
    • Execute client change requests accurately and on time
    • Employ designated search engine optimization techniques to maximize website presence
    • Test to ensure website displays properly across popular web browsers
  • Thorough and timely documentation of onboarding process using designated web-based collaboration tools
  • Accurate and timely communication with other members of the Patronpath team
